Where do I find my statements?

  • Log into My AMP
  • From the 'I want to' menu select 'View statements & correspondence'.
  • Click 'View next' to your account to show available statements.

How will I know when a new statement is available to view?

We will send an email to you advising a new statement is available. It is important to make sure we have your current email address.

How do I update my email address?

  • Log into My AMP
  • In the middle of the page under 'Quick Links', select ‘Update my personal details’
  • Update email address and select ‘Save changes’
  • Check that we are about to send a security code to your correct mobile number and select ‘Send security code’. Enter the security code you receive.

Note: Please call us on 13 30 30 if we do not have your correct mobile phone number.

How do I update my preferred statement delivery method?

Log into My AMP and view the statements available for your account. The statement delivery method will appear on this screen as with Online or Paper. Select the ‘Update’ button to change this preference.

To view the statements available for your account:

  • Log into My AMP
  • From the 'I want to' menu select 'View statements & correspondence'
  • Click 'View' next to your account to show available statements.

How do I stop receiving paper statements?

To stop receiving paper statements in the mail you need to be able to access My AMP and we need your email address so we can notify you when new statements are available.

If your account is in the name of a company, trust or other organisation we require a nomination form to be completed before we can stop sending statements in the mail.

To communicate with us electronically we require your consent. Use our Electonic communication consent form.

I updated my statement preference to 'Online' but I still received a statement in the mail

If the account is only in your name

  • Check that we still have your current email address. If we do not have your email address we aren't able to tell you when a statement is available to view and may have changed your preference back to 'Paper'.
  • Log into My AMP and provide your email address. You will then be able to update your statement preference back to 'Online'.

If there are other people on this account

  • All people on this account will need to ensure that their statement preference is listed as 'Online'.

For example, if you and your partner have a joint account and your statement preference is 'Online' but your partners preference is 'Paper', the statement for your joint account will still come in the mail.

Why do I still get statements in the mail for my company or trust?

To stop sending statements in the mail, we require a signatory for the company, trust or other organisation to be nominated to access the statements online.

To do this, please complete and return the Nomination for online statements for companies, trusts and other organiastions form.
