How do I update my details online?

You can update your personal and contact details in My AMP.

  1. Log into My AMP.
  2. Select View details.
  3. Select Personal details.

Once you're in the 'Personal details' section you'll be able to change your:

  • Title and name
  • Email address
  • Contact numbers (home, mobile, work)
  • Home and postal addresses

If you have updated an address you will be required to associate it to the relevant accounts.

Can I update my details if I don't have access to online banking?

If you don't have access to online banking, download the change of address and personal details form, complete it and send it to us via fax, email or post.

Updating your name

To update your name, you'll need to complete an "Identification verification" form, completing sections 2, 3 and 4. You'll also need to provide certified identification as outlined on page 3 of the form.
