What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, use the My AMP app to report at as lost or stolen and order a replacement card.

  1. Login or register for My AMP.
  2. Click 'More' on bottom right and select Manage cards from the menu. 
  3. Select the card to report lost or stolen.
  4. Select Lost or stolen card and then either Lost or Stolen.
  5. Confirm the postal address, you want your replacement card to be sent to. 
  6. You'll get a security code challenge, so keep your mobile phone handy.

Please note that all new and reocurring payments will be disabled. 

A new card will be issued within 5-10 business days. 

Please remember: 

  • Act quickly and report your card as lost or stolen as soon as you realise.
  • If you notice any suspicious transactions, please call us on 13 30 30.
