How do I temporarily lock my card?

You can protect your accounts by temporarily locking your card if you've misplaced it. Just follow these simple steps using the My AMP app.

  1. Login or register for My AMP.
  2. Click 'More' on bottom right and select 'Manage cards' from the menu. 
  3. Select the card to lock or unlock. 
  4. Click Lock card. 
  5. Confirm this. 

Please note, when you temporarily lock your card, any reoccurring payments will continue, but any new transactions that need to be authorised will be blocked.

How do I unlock my card? 

  1. Login or register for My AMP.
  2. Click 'More' on bottom right and select 'Manage cards' from the menu. 
  3. Select the card to unlock. 
  4. Click Unlock card
  5. Confirm this.
  6. You'll get a security code challenge, so keep your mobile phone handy.
  7. Once your card is successfully unlocked, you'll see a confirmation message will display. 

Please note, when you unlock your card, all card activities and new transactions will be available.
