Who is eligible to earn Qantas Points under the Promotion?

How many Qantas Points can I earn during the Promotion?

How is my average monthly account balance calculated?
Your average monthly account balance is calculated by adding the closing balance from each day in the month and dividing that total by the number of days in the month.
When will Qantas Points be added to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?
Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.
Do I need to register separately for the Promotion?
No, separate registration is required under these terms. However, you must link your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership account through the AMP Bank GO app to be eligible to earn Qantas Points.
What happens if I do not link my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?
If your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is not linked through the AMP Bank GO app, you will not earn Qantas Points on any balance in your AMP Bank GO Everyday Account under the AMP Bank GO Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards Program or this Promotion.
Can AMP Bank change or end the Promotion
Yes. AMP Bank may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, including where the Promotion is not capable of running as planned or for any reason set out in AMP Bank GO Qantas Rewards On Your Balance Promotion Terms and Conditions.

If you are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can earn Qantas Points by linking your Everyday Account to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
You can earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 of your average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000. For example, a $10,000 average balance earns 1,000 Qantas Points in that month.
If you linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership on or before 31 May 2026, you will earn 2 Qantas Points for every $10 of your average monthly balance until 31 January 2027 up to $5,000,000 in balances. If this is you, the applicable terms and conditions can be found here.
Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.

Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days. It may take up to 30 days for points to appear on your Qantas Activity Statement.
Qantas Points are earned on the monthly average balance. If your monthly average balance was below $10, you will not qualify to earn points for that month. If your monthly average balance was above $10, please check AMP Bank GO to ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is correctly linked to your Everyday Account. You can do this by accessing the Qantas Frequent Flyer menu option ensuring your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is linked. If you're still experiencing issues, please get in touch with us via the ‘Help’ section of AMP Bank GO.
If you unlink your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, you will no longer earn Qantas Points on your Everyday Account. You can re-link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at any time to start earning Qantas Points again.

However, AMP Bank Limited has arranged for complimentary membership for new customers who join here . Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. Points will be earned on account balances in accordance with the AMP Bank GO Transaction Account Terms and Conditions. To determine the average monthly balance for your account, add the closing balance from each day in the month together, and then divide the total by the number of days in the month. Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.
AMP Bank GO Qantas Rewards On Your Balance Promotion until 31 January 2027

2. You can earn Qantas Points through the AMP Bank GO and Qantas Frequent Flyer Programs by:
- being a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) Program; and
- linking your QFF Account by entering your membership number via the AMP Bank GO app.
Membership with the QFF Program is subject to the QFF Terms and Conditions, as applicable.
3. Customers who link their QFF Account via the AMP Bank GO app will earn double Qantas Points on balances (earning 2 Qantas Points for every $10 of their average monthly account balance, up to $500,000) within their Everyday Account until 31 January 2027. (Promotion).
4. Terms and conditions in relation to the:
- AMP Bank GO Everyday Accounts and
- AMP Bank GO Qantas Frequent Flyer

Classic Flight Rewards & Classic Upgrade Rewards
Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and partner airlines. Seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited, and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable to Qantas (excluding any amounts payable to third parties at the airport) by an Accepted Payment Card in addition to the points required on Classic Flight Reward flights. Classic Upgrade Rewards are available on Classic Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy, Classic Plus Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy, eligible paid and confirmed Qantas domestic and international flights with a Qantas (QF) flight number on your ticket, and from time to time on codeshare flights operated by another carrier that have a QF flight number on your ticket. Classic Upgrade Rewards are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited. Classic Upgrade Rewards are not available from all fare types. See Classic Upgrade Reward tables for details.
Hotel and Holidays
Members will not be able to redeem points for, or earn points on, additional charges paid to the accommodation provider for extras (including cots, breakfasts and other incidentals) on check-in or check-out (as applicable). Points Plus Pay: Points Plus Pay allows you to choose the number of Qantas Points you redeem above the specified minimum level of 2,000 and pay for the remainder of the booking value with an Accepted Payment Card (including VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Points Plus Pay is not available for Classic Hotel Rewards. Classic Hotel Reward must be booked using Qantas Points only.
