AMP is letting Flexible Lifetime - Investment clients know via letter or email in early November 2020. You can access the letter on My AMP.
If AMP does not have your current bank account details, you should receive a request to confirm your bank details so we can action your withdrawal promptly and issue you a direct credit for your distribution payments. Please return your details as quickly as possible by completing and returning the Changing your bank account details form.

ipac has elected to shorten the maximum period by which an exit statement must be given in respect of Flexible Lifetime – Investments from six months to three months from the date an investor ceases to hold the product. The effect of this election is that exit statements given to investors who exit Flexible Lifetime – Investments from 1 October 2017 will contain information about fees and other costs that complies with the enhanced fee and cost disclosure requirements as set out in Regulatory Guide 97 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
