Companies are required to provide the following documents to help identify and verify them.
- Certified copy of your Certificate of Incorporation
- A search of the ASIC database
Individual checklist
Individuals (including beneficial owners, controlling persons and account signatories) should send in identification for the following:
- Any signatory to the account
- Any Beneficial Owner
- Any Controlling Person
Un-regulated trusts
Company requirements (for company acting as a Trustee of a Trust)
Trusts are required to provide the following documents to help indentify and verify them:
- Certified copy of your Certificate of Incorporation (Companies including Trustee Companies)
- A search of the ASIC database
Trust checklist
Provide one of the following documents:
- Original certified copy of the trust deed
- Certified extract of the trust deed, confirming:
- Full name of trust
- Trustee(s), set laws and appointive
- Name of Trust settlor
Individual checklist
Individuals (including individual Trustees and account signatories) should send in identification for the following:
- Individual Trustee
- Any signatory to the account
- Beneficial Owner / Controlling Person of Company or Trust
