New job? Take your 5-star super with you

Yes. It’s easy to take your super with you when you get a new job. Here’s how:

• Email a pre-filled Super Choice From directly to your employer from your online account or AMP Super app. Go to ‘Set up employer contributions’ from your dashboard.
• Generate a pre-filled Super Choice From and email it to your new employer.
• Fill in the Super Choice Form provided by your employer with your AMP Super details. Here are the details you need if you’re a SignatureSuper member: 
  • Fund name: AMP Super Fund
  • ABN: 78421957449
  • AMP Super USI: AMP0195AU

  • Letter of compliance: Download letter

The USI for SignatureSuper was updated to AMP0195AU on 1 Oct 2021.  You can generate a choice of fund form using your member or account number, or find all AMP Super and Retirement product information 
on our fund details page.

Log in to your AMP Super online account or app and navigate to your transaction history.

If you already have a super account, you don’t need to open a new one. You can provide your new employer with your existing super details and they’ll pay your super contributions into your existing account.

Super Choice Form (also called a Choice of Super Form or Choice of Fund Form) is a form that lets you tell your employer which super fund you'd like your super contributions paid into. By completing the form with your AMP Super details, you can keep your existing super account when you start a new job.

If you don't tell your employer which super fund you'd like to use, they may pay your super into their default super fund instead. This could result in you having multiple super accounts, which may mean paying multiple sets of fees and administration costs.
