What to do if you are unsure whether something is a scam

If you’re unsure what’s happened or what to do next, these two steps can help - especially if you’ve sent money or noticed suspicious activity on your account.

    • Stop all contact with the suspected scammer

Hang up, stop responding or take a break from the conversation if you feel pressured or uncomfortable. Don’t reply to text messages, click links, send more money or share any further information.

    • Act quickly and get help

Contact AMP as soon as possible if you have already shared information so we can help protect your accounts.
