How do I use Click to Pay?
When shopping online at a participating merchant, look for the Click to Pay icon at checkout. If your eligible Visa card is available through Click to Pay, you can select it and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Do I need to register for Visa Click to Pay?
No need to register - from 24th September 2026, all eligible visa cards will be enabled for Visa Click to Pay automatically, so you don't need to complete a separate registration process.
Do I need to download an app?
No. You don't need to download an app or create a separate account to use Visa Click to Pay.
Where can I use Visa Click to Pay?
You can use Visa Click to Pay at participating online merchants that support the Click to Pay checkout experience. Look for the Click to Pay icon when paying online.
Is Visa Click to Pay secure?
Yes. Visa Click to Pay uses advanced security features, including tokenisation, to help protect your card information when you shop online. This means your card details are not routinely shared during the checkout process.
Will I still need to verify my purchase?
In some situations, you may be asked to complete an additional security check, such as entering a one-time passcode (OTP), before your transaction is approved.
Are my card details shared with merchants?
Visa Click to Pay uses secure digital credentials to help protect your card information during the payment process, reducing the need to share your card details directly during checkout.
Can I choose not to use Visa Click to Pay?
Yes. If you prefer not to use Visa Click to Pay, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I manage my Visa Click to Pay settings online?
At this time, management options for Visa Click to Pay are limited. If you have questions about your Click to Pay service, please contact us.
