AMP Limited announces the appointment of Adrian Ryan as Acting Chief Financial Officer, effective 30 March 2026. This follows the appointment of current CFO Blair Vernon to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective 30 March 2026.
Mr Ryan is currently Director, Group Finance and Wealth, having held various senior roles in Finance at AMP over the past 13 years, and for over six years at AMP Capital prior to that.
As announced on 20 January 2026, an internal and external search is underway to select and appoint a permanent CFO.

Adrian has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, insurance, investment management and banking in Australia and in Ireland.
Adrian brings broad and deep financial leadership experience, strong institutional knowledge, and a proven track record leading large teams delivering on financial planning and analysis, M&A activity, business partnering, financial control, tax, strategic planning, transformation and statutory reporting.
