AMP Bank today announces two senior leadership appointments designed to further strengthen its brokerpartnerships and customer experience.
From 8 September 2025, Paul Herbert will take on the role of Head of Lending & Everyday Banking Customer Success. In this newly created role, Paul will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of exceptional service and experiences for AMP Bank’s home lending and everyday banking customers. Paul has been with AMP Bank for four years as Head of Lending & Everyday Banking Distribution and is a passionate advocate for customers and the broker channel.
As part of the leadership transition, Travis Hall has been appointed National Manager – Mortgage Broker Distribution. Travis will lead AMP Bank’s broker partnerships, supported by his business development team.
AMP Bank’s Director of Lending & Everyday Banking, Michael Christofides, said the appointments reflect the Bank’s commitment to both customers and brokers.
