    Established in 2006, Live Payments is a prominent player in Australia's real-time payments market, offering a wide range of solutions for businesses to accept payments seamlessly. Their offerings include a variety of payment terminals and services designed for both in-store and online transactions.

    AMP Bank GO and Live Payments offers business customers with a range of financial tools for accepting payments, featuring:

     

    • Low card processing fees*,
    • Next business day settlement**, and
    • Over 750 POS integrations. 

    *Card present, on Mastercard, VISA and eftpos only

    **Transactions processed before midnight local time will be paid within the next business day into your AMP Bank GO Everyday Business Account.

    Your EFTPOS, eCommerce or merchant solution contract is with Live Payments.

    Live Payments are the owner and authorised licensee of the EFTPOS, eCommerce or merchant solution and services. They are responsible for the distribution, licensing, sales, and support of these solutions and services.

    Live Payments is exclusively available to AMP Bank GO business customers who have an Everyday Business Account with a registered ABN.

    AMP Bank GO business customers can sign up for Live Payments through AMP Bank GO.

    • To view: Go to Settings > Tap 'Live Payments' (Only visible for Businesses and Sole Traders with a registered ABN)

    AMP Bank GO will redirect you to a Live Payments sign-up page, where you must first complete and submit a sign-up form to enable the application process.

    The application process takes about 10 minutes to complete and requires information like:

    • Basic business and trading details
    • Bank account details (insert your AMP Bank GO Everyday Business Account)
    • Directors details
    • Beneficial Owner details
    • Identification documents.

    Please ensure that the information you provide to Live Payments matches the information associated with your Everyday Business Account.

    Reminder - you can access your saved application anytime using the email you received upon completing the sign-up form.

    All applications will be reviewed within an estimated 24 hour period. Of course, we will do our best to expedite the process.

    Transactions processed before the merchant settlement cut-off of 11:59 PM local Sydney time will be settled within the next business day.

     

    Live Payments completes the settlement process and deposits the funds into the merchant's AMP Bank GO Everyday Business Account the next business day.

    Yes, you can continue to use the Merchant Services through a different financial institution. However, if you close your Everyday Business Transaction Account, you will no longer benefit from the competitive pricing plans.

    Your Live Payments settlement account must be your AMP Bank GO Everyday Business Transaction Account. This means you can't use your AMP Bank GO Business Save as your settlement account.

    Qantas Frequent Flyer

    Qantas Frequent Flyer is a loyalty program where members can earn Qantas Points to use on flights, hotels and holidays, wine, Marketplace and more.

    If you are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can earn Qantas Points by linking your AMP Bank GO Everyday Account to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.  
     

    You can earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 of your average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000. For example, a $10,000 average balance earns 1,000 Qantas Points in that month. 
     

    Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.   
     

    Not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member? AMP Bank GO customers can join for free here .

    You can use your Qantas Points to choose from a wide range of rewards such as flights, hotels and holidays, shopping at Qantas Marketplace and more.

    Customers who have AMP Bank GO can join Qantas Frequent Flyer for free by using this link. Once you have a Qantas Frequent Flyer account link it to your AMP Bank GO Everyday Account to start earning Qantas Points. 

    You can link your account by going to the 'Qantas Frequent Flyer' section within your Personal Profile in AMP Bank GO.

    If you do not know your Qantas Frequent Flyer number, it appears at the top of most emails sent to you by Qantas or you can find it in the Qantas App.

    Your Everyday Account on AMP Bank GO is eligible to earn Qantas Points.

    Please check that your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is active, and that the surname on your AMP Bank GO Everyday Account matches the surname captured on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

    You can view your Qantas Points balance in your Qantas Activity Statement or by logging into the Qantas App.

    Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days. It may take up to 30 days for points to appear on your Qantas Activity Statement.

    Qantas Points are earned on the monthly average balance. If your monthly average balance was below $10, you will not qualify to earn points for that month. If your monthly average balance was above $10, please check AMP Bank GO to ensure your QFF account is correctly linked to your Everyday Account. You can do this by accessing the Qantas Frequent Flyer menu option ensuring your QFF account is linked.     Xero

    You can sign up to Xero through AMP Bank GO:

    1. Log into AMP Bank GO
    2.  Select the profile menu (top right)
    3. Select Connect to Xero
    4. Click Sign up

    Once you've set up an account with Xero you need to return to AMP Bank GO and follow the set up flow.

    The Xero bank feed integration allows you to connect your AMP Bank GO Everyday Business account with your Xero account.

     

    By integrating, all your business bank transactions are automatically imported into your Xero account.

     

    This integration simplifies the process of reconciling accounts, tracking income and expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.

    To connect your AMP Bank GO Everyday Business account Xero successfully, ensure that you've created an account through Xero before attempting to connect.
