We're committed to the Banking Code of Practice

As a member of the Australian Banking Association (ABA), we’ve adopted the Banking Code of Practice and are committed to upholding the code for all our customers.

Developed by the ABA, the Banking Code of Practice is underpinned by four guiding principles:

  • Trust and confidence
  • Integrity
  • Service and Transparency
  • Accountability.

The Code sets a new standard of customer service for individual and small business customers, and their guarantors. It provides additional safeguards and protections, not set out in law to better meet community expectations.

What does the Code mean for you

We’re making sure all products and services are accessible and easy to understand by:

Offering a range of accounts, including low fee accounts.

Supporting you during financial hardship.

Helping you when a loved one passes away.

Helping you manage your home loan.

Protecting your personal information.

Resolving complaints in a timely manner.
