AMP Bank has today begun nationwide onboarding of brokers to its new AMP Bank Lender Platform – the first of its kind in the Australian market – marking a major milestone in the lender’s drive to deliver faster, simpler and more consistent lending experiences.
Onboarding of accredited brokers starts rolling out nationally between 14 and 29 August, the custom-built platform has been co-designed and built with brokers to go well beyond existing market solutions. The full roll out follows extensive pilot testing withbrokers, with many brokers already using the platform.
It is the only lender platform to integrate leading technology across both pre- and post-submission stages, enabling faster credit decisions, fewer touchpoints, and less rework for brokers and customers alike.

Broker support
To support brokers and their support staff in the transition, AMP Bank has launched a dedicated training hub, including step-by-step guides, training videos and live weekly webinars covering platform features, digital income verification, and supporting documentrequests.
Brokers and support office staff don’t need to wait until they are onboarded, they can get themselves ready with the online training webinars (CPD points allocated) today so they can hit the ground running.
