When will I receive my annual statement?

Your annual statement is an important document regarding the product you hold with us.

It includes performance and transaction details, as well as useful information to help you understand how you're tracking towards your financial goals.

Remember, you can also access information and manage any accounts you have with us by logging in to My AMP

When will I receive my statement?

The delivery date for annual statements is often around the end of the financial year but can vary depending on your product anniversary date.

Look up when your statement is scheduled to be delivered and please allow up to four days for it to arrive in the mail. Dates included are intended as a guide only.

 

Get your annual statement earlier

The quickest and most secure way to get your annual statement is online.

To do this, simply update your communication preferences in My AMP and we'll email you when your statement is ready. Please allow at least one business day for your communication preferences to be updated.

If you're not registered for My AMP it's easy to get started—just have your account number handy.

Find your account information on My AMP

Find your statements

  1. In the left-hand side menu, select Statements & correspondence
  2. Choose the account
  3. Select the View button
  4. Choose the document you want, then select Download to open your statement.

View your contributions

  1. Choose your super account
  2. Under the Accounts section, select View details
  3. On the Account summary page, select View contributions
  4. Choose your date range by selecting Filter transactions and downloads
  5. Select Update.

View your rate of return

  1. Select your super account
  2. Under the Accounts section, select View details
  3. On the Account Summary page, select View rate of return based on a date range
  4. Choose your date range and select Update.

Find your product name and account number

  1. Select your super account
  2. Under the Accounts section, select View details
  3. Your product name and account number will appear along the top left hand side.
