Have you forgotten your password?

Take the following steps:

  1. Visit the My AMP login page and select the Forgotten password option.
  2. Enter your username and select to receive the password by email or SMS.
  3. You will recieve your temporary password via the selected option.
  4. You can now log into your account using this temporary password.

 

Want to change your password?

Take the following steps:

  1. Log into My AMP.
  2. Select the profile icon at the top right-hand corner.
  3. Choose the option to change your password.

Have you forgotten your PIN?

Take the following steps:

  1. Access your AMP app and select 'More' from the login page.
  2. Select 'Forgotten PIN'.
  3. Review the terms and conditions.
  4. Select a new pin and confirm it.
  5. Confirm your My AMP login details.

 

Want to change your password?

Take the following steps:

  1. Log into the AMP app on your mobile or tablet.
  2. Select 'Settings' then 'Change PIN'.
  3. Enter your existing PIN.
  4. Choose your new PIN and confirm.

You can manage your personal details including your change of address, contact details and numbers through our online form or by logging in to My AMP.

Otherwise, download the change of address and personal details form, complete it and send it to us via fax, email or post.
