To send us a secure message:
- log into My AMP
- select the Banking tab
- choose 'Send a secure message' from the 'I want to' menu
- within the ‘Send AMP Bank a secure message’ screen, select your Account, indicate if you require a transaction to be completed, enter your message and submit.
If you need to speak to us about an urgent matter (such as a lost card) please contact us immediately on 13 30 30.
