Clients only pay for what they invest in

Clients will only pay for what they choose to invest in from the Core, Select and/or Choice investment menus to build a cost-effective solution.

Back to dollar one pricing

Clients can access lower fee rates as their account balance grows. This fee rate will apply to the first dollar the client has invested in the investment menus.

Fee caps

Put a lid on fees on your client’s MyNorth Super, Pension and investment accounts. Clients will pay no more than $2,800 per year, and families will pay no more than $3,800 per year.

Fee aggregation

We’ll use your client’s total portfolio value to work out their administration fee, rather than their individual account balances. This can help lower their administration fee rate.

Family benefits

Your clients can group with family members to benefit from family fee aggregation and caps. A group can have up to 6 members with up to 6 accounts each (that’s a total of 36 accounts).

Fee sequencing

Fees are charged each month on the day the account was set up. So, it’s important that client accounts are set up in the correct order to make the most out of fee capping.
