  • Challenger Guaranteed Annuity (Liquid Lifetime)

    • Creates a regular cashflow for life, regardless of how long clients live or how investment markets perform. 
    • The annuity offers multiple liquidity options, so advisers can tailor it to meet clients’ needs.

  • Challenger Guaranteed Annuity (Fixed Term)

    • Creates a regular cashflow for a fixed term chosen by the client, regardless of how investment markets perform. 
    • Clients have the flexibility to withdraw before the end of the investment term if their circumstances change.

  • Challenger CarePlus

    • Provides fixed monthly payments for life for clients requiring aged care. It pays 100%1 of the amount invested to their estate or nominated beneficiary/ies when they die.
    • It can potentially increase a client’s Age Pension and reduce their aged-care costs.1

1 If the policy owner is a resident of South Australia at the time of investment, the death benefit will equal 100% of the amount invested less the amount of state stamp duty paid by Challenger on their behalf.
