We’re building on recent enhancements to the North online switch functionality, with the aim of increasing your business efficiency.

What’s changing?

Two new features are coming soon to the Switch investments screen for MyNorth products:

  1. A new ‘Proposed fees’ tab which will display an estimate of the expected fees should a proposed switch be submitted (see image below)
  2. The ability to download data to help complete a ROA as part of an investment switch, including the following:
    – estimated buy/sell costs,
    – fees breakdown,
    – and proposed asset allocation.

It’s anticipated that these enhancements combined with those delivered in August will save you between 5 and 10 minutes on each transaction when completing an investment switch with a ROA.
