AMP employees increasing their skills

Encouraging AMP employees to increase their skills and capabilities so they are more effective both within and outside AMP.

• We are committed to giving all AMP employees the opportunity to develop in some way while they are working with us.
• Through AMP's performance management system, every employee can work with his/her manager to set out a development plan that can include a mix between formal training, on-the-job experience and other experiences.
• Employees are supported in developing their leadership skills through community involvement and volunteering opportunities.
