We believe companies that are well governed and manage their impact on society and the environment will deliver better returns to their owners.

• AMP Capital Investors has a long history of being an active shareholder. We talk to companies and raise concerns throughout the financial year and make sure we vote all the shareholdings where our customers have given us the mandate to do so.
